NSEA Property Services Limited would like to invite proposals for the completion of an end of project review for The Hive, an ERDF funded project under the Competitiveness framework.
The Hive – Project background
The Hive is a 2177 sq m managed office space development built to BREEAM excellent standard situated in the Weston Business Quarter of Weston-super-Mare (part of the Junction 21 Enterprise Area). The project aims to encourage new business growth and create new jobs by providing a range of business support services alongside high quality, ‘easy in easy out’ offices, ranging from between 14 and 43 sq. metres to allow for maximum flexibility as tenant businesses grow.
NSEA Property Services Limited require a post completion evaluation of The Hive contracted outputs. The analysis will focus on the outputs from the building post construction and review the final impact of the project. Ideally this will be on or before 14th August 2015, so please state your ability to meet this deadline.
A contract will be awarded to the company or individual who can best meet the requirements of this request for quotation at the most competitive price.
