Whether you’re leasing our unfurnished office space, using Hive Express to work or meet clients, at a conference with colleagues or even just picking up your post, our aim is to make work at The Hive a great experience.
Our office sizes start at 14sq metres (approx. 150sq ft.) an ideal size for one to two people, right up to 43sq metres (approx. 463sq ft.). We offer flexible space that can grow with your business. You can see (and download) the floor plans here.(PDF)
All of the office space is let with easy-in, easy-out terms; and in most cases we would aim to have your office available to move into within 24 hours. When your business is ready to move on, all we need is 30 days notice.
When you take unfurnished office space in The Hive the only things we don’t include in the monthly fee are your telephone call charges and we ask that you take care of business rates yourself, although most of our tenants benefit from the current 100% small business rates relief.
